FutuRSI aims to conceptualise an institution that supports all people connected to research software - from the master or PhD student who writes code to the professor or institute director who wants to offer stable employment to RSEs. People writing small analysis scripts or working on prototype code should benefit as much as groups maintaining well-established research software that finds wide usage.

To make sure we build something that serves such diverse backgrounds we depend on the feedback and input of as many people as possible from everywhere in the RSE community.
